The main objective of P is to scale social innovation — the Model of the Environmental Center for Mental Health (ŚCZP) for children and adolescents for Warsaw: Bemowo, Wawer and Żoliborz, by carrying out the following tasks: preparation of an individual implementation plan of the DIM, taking into account the specificities of the Districts; implementation of the model SCZP DiM, including selective prevention; until 30 June 2023.Our project is addressed to: 1 446 children and adolescents, i.e. children under the age of 7, children and young people subject to compulsory school and education obligations, pupils of secondary schools, but no later than 21 years of age;1 899 parents/legal guardians of children and young people.The model is inclusive, assumes the inclusion of entities important in supporting children and young people from Warsaw: Bemowo, Wawer and Żoliborz into a single network of coordination of support and services for children and young people with experience of mental crisis. Direct activities in the project are aimed at the recovery of children and young people and families in the local environment, building cooperation networks, supporting medical, social and educational entities in change and conducting selective peer support prevention.As a result of the implemented activities (main results): social innovation will be rescaled — Model of the Environmental Center for Mental Health for children and adolescents;50 % of the participants of the IPZ project — children and young people will improve their quality of life as a result of participation in the proposed forms of support; the model of SCZP and individual plans for its implementation will be developed;WMIN. 7 schools of general education will be implemented peer support solutions.
