MAIN OBJECTIVE: Increasing access to social services of 50 people aged 65 and over (30K,20M) from the area of BOF who need support in everyday functioning or disabled by providing care services in the daily help home “Wasilkowskie Centrum Seniora” for 30 people. (18K,12M), residential care for 20 people (12K,8M) and support for the de-institutionalisation of care for people in need of support in everyday functioning through the use of telecare for 50 people (30K,20M) from the BOF area until 31.12.2023. Number of social services facilities supported in the programme after the completion of the project — 31. TARGET GROUP: people in need of support in their daily functioning, at risk of poverty or social exclusion, aged at least 65 years and over from the BOF area, who will be supported in a daily help home — 30 pers. (18K,12M), care in the place of residence — 20 persons. (12K,8M) and support through the use of telecare — 50 pers. (30K, 20M). In total: 50 pers. The project contributes to solving the problems identified in the ZIT BOF Strategy: — Action 4.2 — Enhancing access to social services (lead problem) — Additional: 4.2 Social inclusion, including equalisation of opportunities in the labour market — by providing care for the elderly who need support in the day-to-day functioning of the project will contribute to increasing the labour market of carers of the supported persons, 4.3 The development of infrastructure improving social integration — the project is complementary to the project submitted by the Wasilków Municipality under the call RPPD.08.04.02-IZ.00-20-002/21 under the ERDF ROP WP 2014-2020 Measure 8.4. Social infrastructure consisting of the creation of the infrastructure of Wasilkowski Senior Centre.
