The direct objective of the project is to increase the level of equipment of the Biała agglomeration (in the village of Biała) in the collective sewerage network by another 4.30 %. The project is stage II of the currently implemented task “Construction of a sewage treatment plant with sanitary sewerage in the Biała Commune — stage I” — thanks to both tasks, the percentage of sewerage in the Biała agglomeration will amount to almost 30 %. This project provides for the connection of 113 p.e. (RLM newly connected to the sewerage network, i.e. 113 persons/RLMs)- 42 properties and thus the provision of waste water treatment in the agglomeration in accordance with Directive 91/271/EEC. The effect of the project will also be to increase the ability of the Biała agglomeration to meet the obligations related to the assumptions of the National Municipal Waste Water Treatment Programme, in accordance with the NPOŚK Update and the provisions of the Masterplan in terms of ensuring a collective wastewater discharge system. The project carried out the development of a feasibility study, tasks to be carried out: construction work, supervision inspector, promotion. Direct users of the project are residents of the Biała Commune (113 people), i.e. residents of the village: White Parcela, White Government. In addition, the project improves the living conditions of residents, including people with disabilities, the elderly, by eliminating cumbersome septic tanks, lack of the need to use slurrying vehicles, possible repairs of drain-free tanks.
