As part of the project, it is envisaged to carry out activities aimed at using the natural and cultural values of the Rawa Mazowiecka Commune and the resources of the parish of the project partner for the development of the tourism economy and increasing the tourist attractiveness of the area covered by the project. The applicant plans to exploit the potential of the municipality and develop rural tourism, cultural, sightseeing, pilgrimage and sacred tourism. The combination of the attractions of the municipality with the rich heritage and history of the parish will have a positive effect on increasing the tourist competitiveness of the Lodzkie Voivodeship. The project involves the construction of a tourist route combining the most important and at the same time the most interesting elements of natural and cultural heritage in the Rawa Mazowiecka Commune and objects located outside its borders, however, which are of great importance for the preservation and development of the cultural identity of its inhabitants. On the trail will be located infrastructure in the form of traditional boards with a map of the route and modern infokiosks, which will be an attraction for tourists representing the younger generation. The partner in the project will prepare tourist development in the form of a “Garden of Dialogue”, which will be the last stage of revitalisation of parish areas and part of the tourist route. In this case, the assumption is to create an offer of sacred and pilgrimage tourism. The main target groups will be the recipients of sightseeing, cultural tourism, including training trips, from kindergartens, all interested in folk culture.
