The aim of the project is to increase the availability of high-quality social services for 25 people (18K/7M) at risk of poverty and social exclusion (independent) from the municipality of Górno, in need of support in their daily functioning, in the period from 01.07.2021 to 30.06.2023 (24 months). The project assumes running 17 places in the Centre for Daily Support — Senior Club in the municipality of Górno, in the village of Radlin. As part of the functioning of the Senior Club, persons covered by the support will be provided, among others: social support (possibility of meeting, contact with another person) -classes developing passions (arts/handicrafts, gardening) and skills (culinary), — educational-computer classes, which have become a burning need for seniors! — psychological and legal support, group and individual, — organisation of occasional meetings, trips to the theatre/cinema, care services, photo session. Each of the people admitted to the project will take part in classes individually selected for it, in accordance with an individual support plan developed after recruitment.
