Main objective of the project: Improvement of air quality in the municipality of Besko — reduction of dust emissions into the atmosphere by building a passive house for the local government nursery. — promoting modern solutions in construction — promoting attitudes related to energy saving, — introduction of demonstration and demonstration functions of the facility — possibility of sightseeing, organising information visits, promoting energy-saving solutions, — increasing responsibility for the state of the environment and air pollution. The project includes construction works related to the construction of a passive house intended for the local government nursery. The scope of work will include: application of shading devices and cooling systems, connection of heat source with RES, temperature control, monitoring of thermal energy consumption, use of RES for the production of electricity with a power of 39.75 kW, energy-saving lighting, charging point for electric vehicles. Products of the project: —Number of electricity generation units built from RES 1 pcs -Number of buildings built taking into account passive construction standards -1 pcs. — Additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources -0.03 MWe. —Additional capacity for heat generation from renewable sources — 0.0015 MWt Result indicators: —Production of electricity from newly built installations using RES -38.82 MWhe/year. Production of thermal energy from newly built installations using RES — 1.53 MWh t/year -number of units built for heat generation from RES — 1 pc.
