The project involves the use of resources of the 3 rd largest research unit of the Nokia Group in the world, i.e. Nokia Solutions and Networks (NSN) with the status of a Research and Development Centre (CBR) in order to develop an innovative worldwide system supporting the management of telecom networks, enabling clustering (clustering) of base stations (BTS) with similar purpose. As a result, the system will contribute to increasing the efficiency of NSN’s services related to recommending the implementation of functionalities enabling maximising the efficiency of the use of network resources. The issues to be developed include R & D work in the following areas: (1) mining CM, PM and other data, (2) developing a model reconstructing complex relationships between cellular network configuration and performance within statistical and intelligent multidimensional data connection, (3) developing a BTS clustering methodology to support decisions on how to implement new functionalities in the cellular network (4) to create an environment for analytical tasks using links between CM, PM and other (5) system integration.
