The project concerns the reconstruction and extension of the Culture Centre building in Łętowni. The building is currently in poor technical condition. The main entrance door needs to be upgraded. It is necessary to replace the cracked terrazzo floor in the vestibule, hallway and bathrooms. Modernisation requires a boiler room and a social room (kitchen), an instructor’s room and an exercise room for musical bands, as well as storage rooms (composition of equipment and instruments). In all these rooms it is necessary to replace the floor and communication doors between the rooms. The area after the extension will be 878.91 m², will increase by 240 m², as a result of adaptation to use the attic of the building. A photovoltaic installation and installation of an air — air heat pump is planned for water heating. The roof and irrigation will also be improved. As part of the project, it is planned to replace roofing and insulate the walls of the building. The entrance stairs at the back of the building will be rebuilt. A new slab will be made around the building.
