The aim of the project is to increase the cultural attractiveness of the region and increased accessibility of cultural goods. The project includes: • extension of the building with a cultural function together with the TSO’s firehouse,• construction of parking spaces and internal communication system,• demolition of the existing water pumping station,• construction of storage space for solid waste containers,• supply of equipment,• investor supervision.The implemented project aims to improve the accessibility to culture in the municipality of Dębica by rebuilding, expanding and equipping the facility with a cultural function in Nagawczyn. The project will create infrastructure conditions complementing the cultural base in the commune with particular attention to the needs not met in other such facilities. The project includes reconstruction and extension of the existing infrastructure aimed at increasing the area for cultural activities. During the works carried out in the facility, solutions and materials with low thermal penetration indexes will be used, which will have a positive impact on environmental protection and low-carbon economy. Additionally, thanks to the use of infrastructure facilities, it will have a positive impact on the accessibility of the facility for people with disabilities. The substantive effect of the project will be the creation of a multifunctional and concert hall, a ballet hall, two rehearsals and music rehearsals with the possibility of registration and two multimedia rooms in which devices will be installed that will bring the cultural and tourist heritage of the Podkarpackie areas closer to the region. The realisation of the subject of the project will enable the realisation of classes and forms of promoting culture, which due to infrastructure and equipment deficiencies have not been possible so far.
