The main objective of this project, which assumes the thermomodernisation of public utility buildings in the Stąporków Commune, is to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings. The work related to the project will consist of, among others: modernisation of heating systems, insulation of external walls and walls in the ground, insulation of rooftops, replacement of window and door joinery, modernisation of c.o. and c.u. systems, modernisation of lighting and installation of PV. The project assumes the installation of only new, unused elements. The owner of the buildings is the Municipality of Stąporków and their users of communal units. This investment is part of the specific objective of the 2014-2020 ROP: Increased energy efficiency of public buildings and housing, Measure 3.3 Improving renewable energy efficiency in the public and residential sectors, Priority Axis 3. Efficient and green energy, which provides for the possibility of co-financing projects aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of multi-family residential buildings. The project will be implemented during the following period: 07.2022-07.2023 Indicators: Amount of electricity saved: 27.28 MWh/year, amount of thermal energy saved: 2 101.72 GJ/year; Reduction of final energy consumption as a result of projects: 2 537.57 GJ/year; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions: 225,01 tonnes CO2equivalent/year; Number of energy upgraded buildings: 2 pcs.; Usable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation: 2 037.00 m²; Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings: 865 034.39 kWh/year; Number of RES electricity generation units built: 2 pcs.
