The implementation of the project results from the Local Revitalisation Programme of the Municipality of Niwiska for the years 2018-2023 (p. 99-100). The main objective of the project is to reduce social problems diagnosed in the degraded area of the Niwiska Commune by revitalising the park and manor park in Niwiska in the conservation zone and adjacent areas along with the accompanying infrastructure. This infrastructure will be given a new social function — a Senior Club will be created offering classes, meetings, counselling, etc. in the premises of the historic Hupka Dwork, the building after the Public Gymnasium and in the open air — in the area of the courtyard park. Specific objectives include: eliminating discrimination and exclusion, ensuring dignified ageing, increasing accessibility of infrastructure and environment for people with disabilities, increasing self-esteem of people at risk of social exclusion, increasing accessibility and security of integration spaces, increasing willingness to develop, acquiring new skills and developing interests, increasing entrepreneurship of the local community, increasing the level of social participation, improving the quality of life of residents, increasing the attractiveness of tourism and investment of the municipality of Niwiska, reducing unemployment and poverty. The material scope of the project includes revalorisation of the historical park in Niwiska along with the construction of lighting, renovation of the parquet in the rooms for the Senior Club, equipment of the Senior Club premises, investor supervision, promotion of the project. The infrastructure project will allow for the implementation of a complementary soft investment indicated in the LPR for co-financing from the ESF "Activation Action! social activation of seniors and people at risk of social exclusion" (p. 97-98). The project involves adapting the infrastructure to the needs of people with disabilities. The outputs and results achieved by the project, due to the limited number of characters in the proposal, are discussed in Chapters 2.2 and 2.3. IT’S A SW.
