ACADEMY OF ENTREPRENEURS: IMPROVING THE COMPETENCES OF WORKERS IN THE MATERIAL RECOVERY SECTOR

The aim of the project is to increase the availability to development services for at least 811 employees of MSME and DP from the material recovery sector of raw materials (in a proportion of 60 %/40 %) from the whole of Poland, in order to increase their competences in the areas specified in the current version of the SR Recommendation for Development. Competence of the Material Recovery Sector of Raw Materials, in the following areas: management, business development, R & D, technological and professional rights, during the period provided for in the project.The main result of the project will be to increase competences in the scope recommended by the SR by the group of employees of the MSME and DP specified in the application.The target group of the project consists of 811 employees of the MSME/DP companies from all over Poland, who will increase competences in the scope recommended by the SR. The support will be addressed to 900 employees of SMEs/DP companies from all over Poland, who will be covered by training and/or advisory support in the scope recommended by SR. At least 60 % of employees are from MSMEs, and 40 % are employees of DP. Depending on the service, support will be provided in the form of advice, open and/or closed training and provided in a stationary or remote or mixed form. The tasks of the project are: 1. Recruitment and monitoring: the task includes recruitment activities of company employees and monitoring of their use of development services. 2. Activities supporting the implementation of development services: the task will be to verify individual development service cards selected by entrepreneurs from BUR, in terms of the correctness of their completion. In particular, it will be verified whether the demonstrated experience of trainers/advisers and the local conditions and materials for the participants are adequate to the thematic scope of the implemented actions.3. Development services: in this task, cooperation with the entrepreneur from signing the contract to settlement of the development service will be carried out.
