The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over who have been identified as at risk on the labour market and to protect existing jobs in connection with the COVID-19 outbreak in Warsaw. The target group of the project is a total of 652 people (438k+ 214 m) aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Warsaw, including: 1.1 long-term unemployed — 165 persons (99K+ 66M) 1.2 persons with disabilities — 21 persons (16K+ 5M) 1.3 low-skilled persons — 280 persons(120K+ 160M) 1.4 persons aged 50 and over — 100 persons(55K+ 45M) 1.5 women — 438 As part of the project, each participant will receive support in the form of intermediation or birth counselling and will be presented with a specific offer of professional activation preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, predispositions and occupational problems (IPD). On this basis, the Office will provide support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. The Authority allows for the possibility that more than one cost support will be provided to one participant, but only in justified cases resulting, inter alia, from the IPD of a given project participant. The project aims to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Warsaw. The project is in line with the specific objective of ROP WM 2014-2020 “Increasing employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market and protecting existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak”. This project is in line with the notification sheet of the PUP project in terms of: the type of beneficiary and the duration of the project constituting the basis for including the project in the list of projects identified under the non-competition procedure. The project is in line with horizontal policies, national and Community legislation.
