The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over identified as at risk on the labour market and to protect existing jobs in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak in the district of Węgrów. The target group of the project is a total of 139 people (59 women, 80 men) aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the district of Węgrów, including: 1. people aged 50 years and over — 20 people (3 women, 17 men); 2. persons with disabilities 3 persons (0 women, 3 men); 3. long-term unemployed — 29 people (13 women, 16 men); 4. low-skilled people — 99 people (28 women and 71 men); 5 women — 59. From this group, 53 people will receive support in the project only in the form of one-off funds for starting a business (after the use of labour market services). As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant, preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant (IPD). On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office in Hungary will provide support in the form of services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. The project aims to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the district of Węgrów. The project is in line with the specific objective of ROP WM 2014-2020 “Increasing employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market and protecting existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak”. This project is in line with the notification sheet of the PUP project, which is the basis for including the project in the list of projects identified under the non-competition procedure. The project is in line with horizontal policies, national and Community legislation.
