The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over identified as at risk in the labour market and to protect existing jobs in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak in the district of Pułtuskie. The target group of the project is a total of 267 people (145 women, 122 men) aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Pułtuskie County (Mazowieckie Voivodeship), including: 1. persons aged 50 years and over — 40 people (20 women, 20 men), 2. persons with disabilities — 5 persons (3 women, 2 men), 3. long-term unemployed — 55 people (30 women, 25 men); 4. low-skilled people — 190 people (95 women, 95 men) 5. women — 145 women, 6 unemployed men between the ages of 30 and 49-2 men (their share will not exceed 20 % of the total number of project participants supported in this project). As part of the project, each participant presented a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office in Pułtusk will provide support in the form of services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. The project is in line with the specific objective of ROP WM 2014-2020 “Increasing employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market and protecting existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak”. This project is in line with the notification sheet of the PUP project in terms of: the type of beneficiary and the period of implementation of the project constituting the basis for including the project in the list of projects identified under the non-competition procedure. The project is in line with horizontal policies, national and Community legislation.
