The aim of the project is to modernise the vocational training system in the area of BOF by increasing the competences of 500 students and 30 teachers from 14 vocational schools and adapting to the needs of regional and local economy in the area of energy and resource management. The task of the project is to implement activities aimed at creating an industry competence center in the field of energy and resource efficiency. This objective will be pursued through 9 complementary actions: 1. Study THE REQUEST OF BOF Competence Companies: identification of the competence needs of 200 companies in the area of energy and resource management(a.4); 2. EcoKOMPETENCE advice: preparation of an advisory system in the area related to energy and resource management, implementation of counselling for students (c); 3. Eco-training for vocational school pupils, including: implementation of courses, organisation of eco-education classes, research and implementation projects (a.6); 4. Ecostases and Professional Practices for Students (b, a.1); 5. EcoKOMPETENCE certification: creation of a system of validation and certification of new professional skills and competences at the level of professional tasks(a.2); 6. Eco-EDUCATION resources: support vocational schools in modernising education offerings through educational innovations in education programmes that take into account energy and resource management aspects (a.5,d); 7. Eco-Competences of Scientists, including: teacher training, internships, study trips (f); 8. Cooperation with universities, including: organisation of industry seminars, teaching classes for young vocational schools at universities(a.8); 9. Educational and demonstration ecoLABORATORY — equipment and operation of two BOF Ecocompetence Laboratories (e);
