The subject of the project is the extension of the Centre for Social Integration — Nursing and Care Plant with a new building connected with the existing building, internal road, car parks and technical infrastructure. The investment is located in Zielona Góra at Prosta Street on a plot with registration number 194/1, 194/3 and 194/6. The main objective of the project (at the level of the result) is to improve access to health services for residents of the Lubuskie Voivodeship. In the long term, the implementation of the project will contribute to raising the standard of living of residents and strengthening the potential of economic and social development. The scope of the investment will include: — construction works related to the construction of a new wing of the building, — land development around the new wing. Technical parameters of the object: — Building area: 427.75 m² — usable area: 680 m² — volume: 3 267.10 m³. The existing part of the Social Integration Centre (OIS), consisting of two wings of buildings, will be extended with another two-storey wing. The space around the newly formed wing will be developed by creating: — parking lot with 11 parking spaces (including 2 places for the disabled), — a driveway with a ramp for ambulances, — separate green belts. The new wing will be additionally equipped with 35.89 kWp photovoltaic panels and a heat pump (3 pieces) to reduce the costs associated with heating and eclectic power supply of the new building. At present, OIS has 54 seats for patients requiring 24-hour care. The implementation of the investment will make it possible to increase the number of seats to a total of 70 places.
