This Grant Project assumes the construction of micro-installations of photovoltaic and solar collectors to supply mixed houses in the Michałowo Commune with electricity and heat (for the purpose of heating domestic water). The project corresponds to the type of operation specified in the Competition Rules, i.e. Investments in the construction of new electricity and/or heat generating units using solar energy consisting of the installation of photovoltaic cells or solar collectors on residential buildings, including single-family buildings for the grantees’ own needs, i.e. excluding buildings in which economic activity is carried out, including agricultural activities — Grant projects. In the process of selecting surveys, 92 PV installations and 16 solar collector installations were reported, but the project included 53 PV installations for electricity production and 16 solar collectors installations for the production of heat. In order to guarantee the proper implementation of the Grant Project, including the fulfilment of the Grantor’s obligations resulting from the competition documentation, it is planned to employ a supervisory inspector in the electrical and sanitary sector (expenditure incurred at the level of the Commune). The final selection of the grantees and the rules for the use of the entrusted Grants are described in the Procedures for the selection of Grants and the implementation of the Grant Project (annexed to the application documentation). The project of B.C. “Solar energy in the Michałowo Commune” will be implemented within the administrative boundaries of the Podlaskie Voivodeship, in the Municipality of Michałowo, i.e. the urban-rural municipality. The project will be implemented from 23.08.2021 to 30.06.2023. The total value of the Project and the total eligible costs are set at PLN 2 000 000.00. The grant amount is PLN 1 300 000.00.
