The subject of the project is a comprehensive revitalisation project consisting of the following construction works: •Developing space between residential blocks — creation of meeting and integration venues; improvement of technical infrastructure, which will allow to realise the potential of common space, •revitalisation of part of the municipal park in Sulęcina,• •revitalisation of SOK — together with increasing accessibility to cultural services and improving the functioning of the facility in terms of the capacity to carry out dissemination activities in the area of culture. The location of the entire scope of the investment is located in the center of Sulęcin, in a degraded area. The project aims to give it new social, economic, tourist, recreational, cultural and educational functions. The main objective of the project is to limit the occurrence of negative crisis phenomena in the degraded area in Sulęcina and to strengthen its internal potential by giving the area covered by the project new economic, educational, tourist, recreational, social and cultural functions.
