The project involves the extension of the section DW 764 with a total length of about 2.39 km. The investment starts at the Fourth Roundabout and ends on the border of the city. The scope of the works includes, among others: — expansion: the existing roadway ul. Polish Army from the Fourth Roundabout to the borders of the City, intersections, pavements, entrances of subordinate roads — construction: new roadways, bus lanes, additional lanes at the intersection, bicycle paths, walking and cycling paths, roads constituting access to real estate, additional roadways (incoming WP, Connector, WP II access road), parking spaces for passenger cars and disabled people, technological channel, rainwater treatment plant, — execution of bus bays, -extension of the intersection of streets: Dąbka — Polish Army, Polish Army — Klecka, Polish Army — Chabrowa, — construction and reconstruction of exits, street lighting, drainage. Investor supervision will be outsourced to an external entity — Contract Engineer. The material scope also includes promotional activities carried out, among others, by placing information boards and commemorative boards at the place of implementation of the project. On the basis of the data of the Central Statistical Office for 2020, the potential impact of the project was determined: it’s pow. KOF (with Kielce)-1 446 km², number of inhabitants KOF (with Kielce) 342 739. Another group of recipients will be those travelling in this area for whom this road will be a transit to the national road network, including TEN-T. The project will affect the economic development and attractiveness of the region and the areas associated with the road. Road capacity will be increased, saving time in passenger and freight transport and improving travel comfort. In addition, the investment will improve the safety of road users.
