The project consists of arming investment areas in the area of Fasty, plot no. 138/7, 138/8, 138/9. The total area of free investment areas is approx. 5 ha. There is currently no local zoning plan in this area. The local plan will be developed in parallel with the implementation of the investment (detailing the plan). In the future, after the implementation of the project to create investment areas, it is planned to make them available to potential investors. The sites will be made available on the basis of a tender after the completion of the investment. As part of the project, it is planned to: clearing the ground of trees and shrubs; land alignment and land supply; dehydration of the site; construction of an internal road; implementation of technical infrastructure (network construction: teletechnical, sanitary sewerage, rainwater, power, water supply and lighting systems). Adequate access to the investment areas will be ensured, as well as bringing the media to the investment areas at the expense of the Municipality (costs not covered by the project). The investment areas are located near the municipal road — ul. Łyskowska, which leads to the service road along the S8 Bialystok-Warsaw route. Thanks to this, there is a possibility of efficient movement of vans. The creation of the planned S19 expressway “Via Carpatia”, which, in the current (current) variant of its course, crosses the Leśna street, perhaps in the future will create new possibilities for access to the investment area. The area is currently undeveloped. Thanks to this, it will be possible to give it a new function from scratch. The investment area in this part of the commune Dobrzyniewo Large due to its location in relation to national roads and the city of Białystok will be attractive for investors. In addition, there is no direct conflict of collision in the building function, as the nearest residential building is about 300 meters from the site concerned.
