Environmental Picnic, Organisation of 4 training meetings for residents of the commune on the following topics: saving natural resources, reducing low emissions, improving energy efficiency, developing, printing and disseminating 1 000 pcs of low-emission leaflets.The applicant does not have and does not plan to prepare a shelter scheme for people who incur increased heating costs of the premises related to the permanent change of the heating system in the area covered by the project.The project is implemented in the municipality classified as areas where corrective measures are necessary to eliminate old low-efficiency heating equipment and listed in the POP for the Małopolska region constituting Annex 1 to resolution No XXXII45117 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 23 January 2017.The project indicated in the PGN for the Municipality of Nowy Targ positively reviewed by the WFOŚiGW, which identifies the problem situation in the commune, including high pollution, coal as the main fuel. It includes activities that are described in PGN as repairs affecting the improvement of conditions for the replacement of low-efficiency heating devices.The project will not be implemented in the spa towns.
