The project plans to co-finance the decommissioning of 100 old boilers, the installation of 99 gas boilers, 1 biomass boiler and co-financing of 10 thermal modernisation of buildings at final customers. The obligation of the resident to meet the thermomodernisation requirements will be conditional on the replacement of the boiler. Tasks within the project: 1 Replacement of non-organic heat source 2 Thermomodernisation of buildings 3 Environmental awareness raising activities 4 Indirect costs charged with lump sum, including control. Implementation of the project will result in a reduction of at least 56.31 CO2 for existing installations, a reduction of PM10 emissions by 99.90 base and target, respectively 5,168 and 0.005 Mgr and PM2,5 by 99.77 2,176 and 0.005 Mgr. It is not and will not be possible to connect to the district heating network during the period of implementation of the programme until 2022 to the extent described in the project. The applicant does not have and does not plan to prepare a cover programme for persons who incur increased heating costs of the premises related to the permanent change of the heating system in the project area. The Wolbrom Municipality is classified as areas where corrective action is necessary to eliminate old low-efficiency heating devices and which is specified in the current Air Quality Programme for WM POP Annex No. 1 to Resolution No XXXII45117 of the Sejmiku WM of 23 January 2017. The draft falls within the PGN for the municipality of Wolbrom. In PGN, the problem areas identified in the project were identified. The project is not planned in the spa towns.
