The project assumes the replacement of old furnaces for solid fuel with new gas boilers in the amount of 199 units and the construction of a connection to the district heating network. Installation works will also be carried out in these buildings. In addition, 85 buildings will be thermally modernised to meet the Ep energy indicator in accordance with the Technical Conditions for buildings and their location. As a result of the work carried out, it is estimated that: CO2 emissions will be reduced by 62.08. Prior to the implementation of the project, the emission of 2381,6 tons per year and after the project will be 903.14 tons. PM10 dust emissions will be reduced by 99.96 from 8.7 tonnes before the project implementation to 0.0034 tonnes a year after implementation of the project, PM2.5 emissions will be reduced by 99.91. From 3.6 tons before the project implementation to 0.0034 tonnes after the project, the project also assumes actions to raise environmental awareness, which go beyond basic, standard information and promotion activities. The promotion will concern raising awareness of energy efficiency activities, pro-ecological attitudes and co-responsibility for the state of the natural environment. It is planned that promotional and educational activities will cover the scope of: saving natural resources; reducing low emissions; the applicant has a cover programme in the form of an exemption from property tax for a period of at least 5 years for persons permanently liquidating old stoves.The project is implemented in the municipality, where it is necessary to take corrective measures, specified in the current POP.The project is indicated in the PGN. PGN was reviewed and received confirmation of the correctness of the study. In PGN there is a problem situation in the commune, including: high pollution and coal as the main fuel in the energy balance of households.The city is not a spa.
