The main objective of the project is to introduce savings in the company through the construction of a photovoltaic installation. The project consists of installing a photovoltaic installation in the company MIEJSKIE PERDSIĘBIORSTWO KOMUNIKACYNY — LUBLIN — sp. z o.o. with a power of 49.20 kWp on the roof of the bus depot building in Lublin at ul. Francis Stefczyk 40 (Plot No. 20). The implementation of the investment will contribute to the achievement of the following output indicators: Number of enterprises supported — 1, Number of RES electricity generation units built — 1, result indicators: Additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources [MWe], — 0.04920 MWe, electricity production from newly built RES installations [MWhe/year] — 49.33, Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions — 16.62 tonnes and programme-specific indicators — result indicator: Additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources [kWe] — 49.20 kWe. In addition, the implementation of the project will reduce emissions of harmful PM10 compounds. The Lubelskie Voivodeship is characterised by very good sunshine and that is why the Applicant decided to implement the submitted investment. The implementation of the project will significantly reduce the costs for electricity needed for the proper functioning of the bus depot and thus increase the Company’s savings. The funds saved will be used for further investments in the company. The implementation of the submitted project is in line with the objectives and objectives of Measure 4.2: “Production of energy from RES in enterprises”.
