Participants of the project will be at least 60 (35K and 25M) young people aged 18-29 without work, including persons with disabilities, registered in the PLO as unemployed, of which at least 60 % are people who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) — as defined in POWER 2014-2020.The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 60 young people aged 18-29 years who are unemployed in Radom County and Council.The main result of the project will be to take up employment for at least 44, 3 % among the most vulnerable (persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED level 3), immigrants, re-immigrants) and by at least 60.4 % of the other participants not belonging to the above groups. As part of the project, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of skills, predispositions and potential as well as professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PLO in Radom will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions.The project is in line with POWER’s specific objective "to increase employment opportunities and maintain it by young people up to 29 years, including in particular unemployed persons who do not participate in education and training (NEETs). The project is in line with horizontal policies, national and Community legislation.
