The aim of the project is to strengthen employment opportunities on the labour market of a group of 110 inhabitants of the Elbląg subregion, whose care for children up to 3 years makes it impossible to take or maintain work (they are currently unemployed, are on maternity/educational leave or work, but have difficulties in reconciling work and child care). The project provides for the reimbursement of 80 % of the cost of hiring a nanny for childcare to all participants, for a period of up to 12 months and until the child reaches the age of 3 years. In doing so, ensuring that parents are relieved of the burden of personal care of their offspring, will enable them to unleash their potential and to return to work more quickly or to take measures to find or maintain them. Recruitment of participants will take place as part of closed calls, from September 2022, until the financial resources are exhausted. It is assumed that at least 20 people will remain in employment or return to work after participating in the project, and at least 47 will find a new one or will actively seek it. The project will be completed in November 2023.
