“Management of rainwater in the Słupi river catchment area”

The project implemented in Słupsk includes 4 tasks: 1. Construction of a reservoir reservoir at ul. Szczecin in Słupsk. The designed dilution system will take over the intense rainfall of the wave and hold it diluting to the sandy ground. The collected rainwater will be used for irrigation of turf, which will greatly relieve the drainage of water by collector. 2. Construction of 3 open tanks at ul. Squadron 303 and at the confluence of ul. Zaborowska and ul. Polish Legions together with the necessary land development. The reservoirs, in addition to retaining rainwater, will perform a recreational function and a reservoir of water to maintain greenery (land management under the installed green area). 3.Creating “Słupsk rainy lawns” in the road lanes of pole streets: Grunwaldzka, Sobieski, Szczecińska, Grottgera, Pl. Dąbrowski, Paderewskiego.Within these locations, it is planned to create single or connected objects of small field retention: rain gardens, basins and bioretention ditches, absorbent muld with hydrophyte vegetation. 4. Liquidation of sealed parking areas located at ul.B.Komorowski through the introduction of permeable paving — openwork plates, ecobruk cubes, green squares.
