The project “Świdnicki Jaskółki- we fly on” responds to one of the main challenges of the area of swamp and occupancy, which includes a large scale of low social activity in revitalised areas.The objectives of the project in the period from 1.09.2021 to 30.06.2023:-enhancing qualifications/competence and the ability to take up employment/self-employment, and then maintain sustainable socio-professional activity of 30 people. (16K,14M) at risk of poverty or social education.and -enhancing social competence and then maintaining sustainable social activity 30 people. (17K,13M) in poverty or society from the area of Świid and Occupation, whose potential at a given moment is too low to undertake activation of a professional nature.The conviction about the need to implement the project was raised from 10 years of work out of a wide range of people. (min. projects: RPO “Butterflies from Lower Silesia”, “I do not emigrate — I stay here”). The direct inspiration, however, is the situation of people at risk. (including due to disability), which as part of the implementation of the project “Świdnica Jaskółki” (RPO 9.2) learn how to take care and function independently through activationin assisted apartments. After completing the project, these people have to start living on their own. Due to the fact that they come from dysfunctional backgrounds, have low education and lack the habit of permanent work and exceptionally have any qualifications, there is a high risk of returning to old problems. The project “Świdnickie Jaskółki-we fly further” supporting the inhabitants of the district, among others through coaching, animations, consulting, courses, internships, is the next stage of building a social inclusion system for people who are unable to get out of the constant crisis and find themselves on the labour market. It offers individual support for people with disabilities. (as required).
