The aim of the project is to increase the possibility of permanent employment of 290 people aged 30 and over who are unemployed in the Krakow district, as well as to increase the employment rate especially among the most disadvantaged people on the labour market, i.e. people over 50 years old, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, low-skilled people and unemployed women.The project will support people over 30 years old registered in the UPPK under the Employment Promotion Act, persons belonging to at least one of the following groups: i.e. people over 50 years old, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, low-skilled people, unemployed women and people who are not participants in another vocational activation project co-financed by the ESF.In the framework of the project, the presentation of a specific activation programme will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant, for each participant an IPD will be developed. On this basis, UPPK will provide appropriately selected services. As part of the project, all participants will be covered by placement services and individually dedicated professional guidance services. The main objective of the project is to obtain sustainable employment through subsidised employment, together with reimbursement of travel costs. In addition, the potential of people aged 30 and over will be used for the development of local businesses and occupations. The project’s planned activities will further reduce and remove the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, which has disruptively affected the Malopolska labour market.The added value of the project will be to support entrepreneurs in the reconstruction of the Małopolska labour market through the organisation of subsidised employment of intervention works and the possibility of receiving reimbursement for the first 6 months of employment.
