The aim of the project is to strengthen the employability of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion from Dolnośląskie Voivodeship.The aim of the project is to strengthen the employability or self-employment and then maintain sustainable social activity among 144 people (86K,58M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the period IX.2021-VI.2023.Objective responds to the problem of the group’s low capacity for independent and active socio-occupational integration, thus, taking up employment or self-employment and effectively leaving social exclusion.This problem results mainly from the lack of positive patterns, long-term functioning in dysfunctional environments.The project assumes a comprehensive intervention in the areas of awareness, knowledge and professional and social skills:● Individual Development Plans, defining the path of reintegration (part, social-professional):diagnosis of social capital● Coaching, animation support in the areas of individual social development, vocational development● Workshops of social competence building basic competences for own social activity● Specialised counseling: family, psychological, legal — prevention of individual and family crises● Cooperative competence training. “Active resident” building, among others, the competence of the community regarding functioning in the group, building his positive image ● Volunteer club building, among others, competence of resourcefulness, feeling of efficiency and active participation in community life.● Courses, vocational trainings, internships involving the acquisition of practical competences, qualifications and experiences giving opportunities for a permanent exit from unemployment Intervention will achieve high employment and social effects.The important effects will also be increased qualifications and strengthening relations with the surroundings of these people (the participation of 20 people from the environment).
