The main objective of the project is to increase activity on the labour market of K and M or employed, in the district of Olkuskie, by introducing solutions to facilitate the reconciliation of family and professional life consisting of the creation of a care facility for 24 children aged 20 weeks after the age of 20 weeks to 3 in the form of a nursery in the period until 30.06.2023. The newly created places will allow both K and M to return to the labour market better functioning on the labour market, which will improve the living conditions of the family, and will contribute to the increase in professional activity in the region. Parents will be able to return to the labour market to perform their professional duties and thus to better reconcile personal and professional life.The project provides for the creation of a nursery for the inhabitants of the Olkusz Commune, for participants who want to return to the labour market and who have not participated in it so far due to the exercise of caring functions for children under 3 who are unemployed, on maternity, parental and parental leave.
