The main problem diagnosed in the project indicated by the three schools covered by the project is (conclusions from diagnosis):1) the underestimated level of the key comp. i.e. comp. mathematic., nature subjects, communication in foreign U (reflected by low results of external exams. and low U motivation for learning2) the need to activate the additional support of the student/student with the SPE, as well as providing teaching assistance.necessary to work with students about SPE.3) problems educator., psychologist.i social U resulting from the state of epidemic covid-19In response to the diagnosed problems, the main objective of the project was defined, i.e.:The increase in the quality of the educational offer of 3 schools run by the Municipality of Nowa Ruda (3 schools subst.: in Yugoslavia, Bożków and Ludwikowice Kł.), a total of 582 pupils/students (284K/298M), raising the skills needed in the labour market and 405 pupils/students (207K, 198M), an increase in education support for 155 (62K/93M) students about SPE and elimination of the negative effects of the COVID-19 epidemic in the period from 01.07.2022. to 30.06.2023.The object of the project is to adapt the offer of education of three SP conducted by the Municipality of Nowa Ruda to the needs of 582 U(284K/298M),by:a) conducting additional classes in the field of development of key and universal skills necessary on the labour market (type A and D) for 502U(256K/246M)b) to carry out additional classes with a student about SPE(type D and E) for 155U(62K/93M), providing minor diddakt.c) children’s trips to educational trips in order to broaden their competences key. and skills required on the labour market, integration of children and eliminating negat. the consequences of the covid-19d epidemic) support parents in the process of upbringing and education of children (workshops with a psychologist)An important aspect of the conducted activities, educational trips — will include non-stereotypical teaching of pedagogy sensitive to gender. Teachers will be informed about the need to apply during classes.
