The project is aimed at 60 women and 40 economically inactive and unemployed men not registered in the PUP, aged 18 to 29, from the districts of Jarocin, Średzki, Śrem and September. The project is addressed to the NEET group, i.e. people who do not work and participate in training and education.The project is implemented in the period from 01.06.2022 to 30.09.2023.The aim of the project is to integrate inactive young people into the professional environment and to educate through diverse activation activities tailored to their individual needs.Each participant will be covered by individual support from a career counselor, resulting in the selection of a support path tailored to the needs and capabilities of the participant. Everyone will have the opportunity to use one or more forms of support specified in the project and the beneficiary will provide him/her/his participation in the chosen form.Participants will be able to benefit from support in the form of e.g.:- vocational courses at which they will be able to acquire new qualifications — general courses on which they will be able to acquire useful competences — traineeships that serve to gain professional experience- placements, i.e. assistance in searching for a job, and preparing for an interview with the employer, financing the costs of commuting to work — reallocation allowances — motivational, psychological or mentoring support provided as part of individual consultations — other than those mentioned above, if they result from an analysis of the needs of the participant.Participants will receive support within 4 months from the start of participation in the project.The most important results of the project include, among others, preparation of IPD for 100 people, 30 people who will gain qualifications after completion of the program, employment efficiency 59.5 %, and for people from the most difficult groups 44 %.
