The main objective of the project is to develop student traineeship programmes for pupils in2 industry education professions (mechanical industry (MEC) for which the developed model student traineeship programmes will be piloted in practice.This objective will be achieved through the following milestones:- Development of a traineeship programme for the apprenticeship: Operator of machine tools,- Development of apprenticeship programmes for the profession: Mechanic technician,- Conducting internships at the employer in two professions selected for piloting on the basis of accepted traineeship programmes and organizational assumptions adopted,- Verification of internship programmes and preparation of assumptions for implementation of the developed programme of traineeships in vocational schools for which pupil traineeships have been organised at the national level taking into account the national specificities of education and the labour market.The proposed programmes and their pilot implementation will allow to develop a proposal for a student internship programme by developing a mandatory set of content implemented in the form of a traineeship. The selection of content related to a given profession, carried out during the student traineeship, will allow the school to adapt its education to the local and regional labour market and to increase labour mobility on the labour market.
