Objective — to improve the employability of471 unemployed people (236 K and 235 M), especially those who are in a special situation on the labour market, i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people.The project will be participants from the age of 30 who are registered as unemployed, including those in a special situation on the labour market, i.e. • people aged 50 and over• women, • persons with disabilities,• long-term unemployed,• people with low qualifications up to ISCED level 3.The first participation in the project will be people who live in areas covered by approved revitalisation programmes.The beneficiary will provide support to former participants in social inclusion projects implemented under thematic objective 9 in the ROP WD.Each project participant will be presented with an individual and specific offer of professional activation, preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, predispositions and professional problems. Individual and comprehensive occupational activation of unemployed persons as part of labour market services will be carried out based on:● Individual Action Plan● comprehensive and individual employment mediation and/or career guidanceOn this basis, the Authority will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions.The project participants will receive support in the implementation of the following labour market instruments:● job placement and/or vocational guidance, ● internships, ● one-off funds for starting a business,● reimbursement of the cost of equipment or job retrofitting, ● training,● intervention work.
