Drilling of the geothermal hole Białka Tatrzańska GT-2 with expansion of the heating plant with compressor heat pumps

The aim of the project is to implement an investment consisting of the construction of the Białka Tatrzańska GT-2 hole and the expansion of the heating plant with compressor heat pumps together with the necessary technical infrastructure on the premises of the PARK WODNY BANIA facility. The project will be located in Białka Tatrzańska (municipality: Bukowina Tatrzańska, district: Tatrzański, Voivodeship: Małopolska) on plots: no. 3005/18 area of Białka Tatrzańska (geothermal hole) and 3010/56 (warmhouse). Plots used on the basis of a lease agreement. Book No. NS1T/00135310/5. The investor plans to expand the existing water park, whose thermal power demand for the expansion of the facility will be approx. 3.5 MW. Therefore, a new geothermal well of Białka Tatrzańska GT-2 is being designed to provide thermal water in the amount of approx. 60 m³/h at a temperature of 75 °C, on the basis of the decision approving the project of geological works of 23 November 2016 No SR-IX.7422.I.26.2016.K.Ż issued by the Marshal of the Małopolska Region. It is planned to use thermal waters for heating purposes as part of the planned expansion of the existing hotel and tourism complex. The estimated capacity is 3.8 MWt — a direct geothermal source of 1.6 MWt and a 2.2 MWt heat pump and the assumed consumption due to the characteristics of the facilities will be approx. 58,000.
