The area of the project is 14.0189 ha, of which the area of the project is 14.0189 ha. SAG is 8.9158 ha, and the land plot for sale is 5.1336 ha. The department running there.gospod. will be in accordance with the MPZP Nowy Targ. The area covered by the project is not located in the SEZ. The project guarantees that SAG is equipped with adequate quality comprehensive infrastructure, taking into account the provision of its appropriate techn parameters, through the tasks specified in the next paragraph. The applicant conducts active activities aimed at attracting investors and has also received written expressions of interest in new investment areas in SAG. The investor’s service will take place so far, in accordance with the developed best practice in this area, i.e. in UM Nowy Targ, where the investor’s service lies within the scope of the operation of Wydz. Development and Urban Planning. Here they are interested in investing in the city of entrepreneurs, who are then led in this process in accordance with administrative procedures by the employees of the Faculty. Um also intervenes with other authorities or infrastructure operators in the event of a potential investor reporting problems in investment procedures. In addition, on the Applicant’s website there is a “Municipal Investor’s Guide”, which provides a list of steps and procedures aimed at facilitating the handling of matters inside and outside the UM. As part of the promotion of the project and investment areas by the Applicant, it is planned to continue cooperation with various institutions in the field of attracting investors and disseminating information about available investment areas. Similarly, the use of additional incentives to attract investors, e.g. in the form of tax credits, will be maintained.
