The project consists of the creation of 250 new, permanent places of pre-school education in the city of Gdańsk, and more specifically in the building of the municipal stadium at ul. Generations of Lechia Gdańsk 1 (district Letnica). The project will run from 01.04.2021 to 31.08.2022. The scope of the project includes: — adapting the premises to the need to create new pre-school places (including the organisation of a playground), — equipping the premises with furniture, equipment, teaching aids, equipment and toys, — recruitment of children to kindergarten, — ensuring the activity of the current new pre-school places for 12 months. The applicant is the Foundation of the National Education Operator (hereinafter referred to as OOO), which is the body running 5 kindergartens in Gdańsk. From November 2020 to January 2021, the OOO made a diagnosis of needs, which showed the need for new places of pre-school education for ter. Gdańsk in the next 3 years, i.e. currently in the years 2021-2024. The diagnosis of the demand for new pre-school places in Gdańsk was adopted by Resolution of the Management Board of the OOO No. 1 on 02.02.2021. The main objective of the project is to increase the number of permanent pre-school education places by creating 250 public pre-school places at the stadium in Gdańsk in the period from 01.04.2021 to 31.08.2022. In the framework of the implementation of the OOO project, the OOO will cooperate: — with the company Infrastruktura Oduky DGF Sp. z.o.o., sp.k (hereinafter referred to as IO), which will adapt and make available the premises for the purposes of running a kindergarten at the stadium and will be responsible for the implementation of adaptation and finishing tasks, will equip a playground and kindergarten rooms, — with the city of Gdańsk, which will play an expert and patronage role in the project, i.e. it will support recruitment and information and promotion activities carried out in the project.
