The aim of the project is to ensure an efficient system of implementation of ROP by providing the necessary human resources, conditions admin. — tech. enabling the effective operation of IPs, guaranteeing a coherent system of information and promotion and developing the potential of current and potential beneficiaries of ROP. The target is in line with ROP WD, SZOOP RPO WD. Implementation of the project requires the provision of financial support, among others, in the scope of: — employment of employees — costs of org., tech. and adm. — improving the professional qualifications of employees — control processes, specialist and expert advice — information and promotion activities. The demand in these areas is adapted to the real needs of the DRF for the implementation of ROPs and will contribute most to the achievement of the project objective. In order to ensure the proper and efficient implementation of the ROP by the ROP, there is a need to finance the costs indicated in the Annual Declaration (...). At the same time, the project foresees funding for activities related to the closure of the POKL. The result of the project will be to strengthen the organisational, institutional and staffing capacity of the DWUP, which will enable the creation of an effective system for the implementation of ROPs through, inter alia: — increase the quality of activities carried out for the ROP by ensuring an optimal level of employment and increasing the competence of IP staff and creating appropriate working conditions — increase the effectiveness of applying for funds by potential Benef. by increasing knowledge about ROP among applicants — increase the quality of projects through effective implementation of info-training activities for Benef. and project control, which will allow maximum use of ROP funds — increase awareness among residents of the province of the province through effective implementation of info.promo activities. The expenditure included in the project is in accordance with the legal provisions, the programming documentation and the objectives of the project and are necessary to achieve the project results.
