The main objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency and increase the use of renewable energy sources in the municipality of Mszczonów through thermomodernisation of three public buildings and the use of photovoltaic panels. The scope of the project includes: — Thermomodernisation of the Mszczonowski Cultural Centre: insulation of external walls, insulation of external ceilings, insulation of airspace of roofs, replacement of windows, replacement of external doors, modernisation of ventilation systems, construction of air conditioning systems (VRF) in part of the building, construction of a photovoltaic installation, replacement of used luminaires and light sources. — Thermomodernisation and extension of the Primary School in Lutkówka: replacement of the transmission system, insulating of verticals and levels, radiators with local adjustment, the existing heat source will be replaced by a gas compressor or absorption heat pump, warming of the external walls of the school, gymnastics, backend, connector, insulation of the school roof, installation of photovoltaic cells, modernisation of lighting, extension of the Primary School and reconstruction of the school connector with electrical installation — Thermomodernisation of the Voluntary Fire Service in Mszczonów: insulation of external walls, roof insulation, replacement of unlisted external doors, installation of photovoltaic cells, modernisation of lighting. The final beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Mszczonów and the final beneficiary will be residents of the municipality of Mszczonów and employees and users of the buildings concerned. For the various stages of implementation: submission of an application, procurement, public, monitoring, settlement will be the responsibility of the employees of the Municipal Office in Mszczonów.
