Under Measure XII.1 support will be aimed at ensuring adequate organisational and staffing capacity of institutions related to the implementation of ROP WŁ. Adequate quality of human resources is of particular importance and therefore support in ROP WŁ will be directed to maintaining and strengthening staff involved in the management and implementation of the programme, including through financing their salaries and improving their professional qualifications. The action will also provide technical and organisational facilities, including: appropriate office and storage space as well as appropriate equipment for workstations, including furniture, computer and multimedia equipment.
