The aim of the project is to minimise the effects of social exclusion among children and young people and families from the area of Dąbrowski County by creating and operating the Day Support Centre for children and young people from the Dąbrowski County PD area.The target group of the UP Project will be children and young people up to 18 years old and their families. Support will be granted to 30UP and their families 20 people.
