The subject of the project is the creation of social housing units in the Bobrek subarea 8-54, including: The project includes individual premises: at ul. Olszewski — 11 premises, ul. Tchaikovsky — 13 premises, ul. Jochymczyka — 7 premises, ul. Stalmacha — 2 premises, ul. Gravel — 7 premises; the whole building at ul. Olszewski 11-8 premises, ul. Zabrzeńska 126-6 premises. in order to prevent spatial segregation of residents, together with the renovation of common parts of buildings, thermal modernisation, in connection with the process of socio-occupational activation, aimed at economic independence of people at risk of social exclusion, including in the framework of projects related to the ESF. The project will be carried out on the basis of technical documentation. The total value of the project is PLN 9 637 500.00 gross, ERDF co-financing: 9 038 749.99 PLN gross. The implementation of the investment is Q1. 2021-2nd quarter 2023.
