The subject of the project is the development of urban spaces of Bytom in the area of the Bobrek district in order to increase the functionality and attractiveness of public spaces for socio-occupational activation and improvement of living conditions of residents. The scope of the project concerns the areas at ul. Zabrzańska 126, ul. Constitution 31a, ul. Constitution 38 and the New Workers’ Colony entered in the register of monuments. The planned activities, depending on the location, concern demolition of economic buildings and outbuildings and land development, including construction of small architecture facilities, replacement of paved surfaces, construction of dumplings, palisades, fences, new plantings of low and high greenery, construction of technical infrastructure (electrical and teletechnical installations) — lighting and monitoring. The total cost of the project is 5.5 million and the planned implementation period is 2021-2022.
