The Higher School of Health in Gdańsk is available to all

The main objective of the project is to ensure accessibility for students with disabilities at the Higher School of Health in Gdańsk by carrying out organizational changes, increasing the competences of 40 people of the university staff, including 25 women, increasing architectural and technological accessibility in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.10.2023. 01.01.2022 to 31.10.2023.Main results:1. Number of universities that have implemented solutions to address identified accessibility barriers: 12. Number of universities that have implemented changes in the management of the educational process: 1.3. The number of university staff who, thanks to ESF support, have increased their teaching competences: 24 os.4. Number of university staff who, thanks to ESF support, have increased their managerial competences: 4 os. 5. The number of representatives of the university staff who, thanks to the support of the ESF, have increased their competences in the field of inclusive education: 40 pers. Target group: 40 members of the university: 24 academics (K14/M10), 4 management persons (K3/M1) and 12 administrative persons (K8/M4)Tasks1.
