The project is aimed at 104 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion from municipalities, which belong to functional rural areas requiring support for development processes, from the Jarocin, Śrem, Śrem and Wrzesiński districts.The project is implemented in the period VI 2021-XI 2022.The aim of the project is full social and professional reintegration of 104 people, and consequently taking up employment by some of them.In the first phase of the project, the participants will be covered by social activation, which is intended to help them integrate into social life and overcome personality barriers. Social activation focuses on mental empowerment of participants through work with a specialist in activation, social competence workshops and assistance in solving individual problems.The next phase of the project is professional activation. Each participant will be supported by a career counselor who will develop an individual career support path tailored to the participant’s needs and capabilities. Each person will have the opportunity to benefit from one or more forms of professional support.Participants will be able to acquire new competences or qualifications through participation in vocational courses tailored to their needs and predispositions. Selected participants will be able to acquire new or upgrade their work experience and practical skills by participating in traineeships. As a result of the internship, participants will overcome one of the problems of long-term unemployed people, i.e. lack of current professional experience.The project has planned active job placement and support in job search, associating employers and project participants and participating in job search workshops, which will help participants to refresh their knowledge and gain job search skills.The main results of the project include the development of an individual reintegration path for 104 people, vocational courses for 90 people, internships for 52 people, social effectiveness in pos. 34 % and employment 25 %.
