The Business Model of Internationalisation (MBI), which will be implemented as part of this project, was prepared by the Applicant in cooperation with a specialist consulting company — MSCG — specialising in strategic consulting in the field of internationalisation of business, in December 2021. The scope of the development of the business model included surveys, in-depth interviews, desk research and analyses indicated in the attached MBI application. The product intended for internationalisation is the CDN Distribution Platform. As part of the project, the Applicant plans to develop export activities to France and Spain. As part of the project, the following activities will be carried out leading to the implementation of the MBI: —search, selection and then establishing contacts with foreign partners -preparing distribution channels and service channels of the formal and legal environment enabling entry into a given foreign market -preparation of a detailed promotional campaign plan, design of advertising and promotional materials, websites -packaging design, design of catalogues and technical descriptions of products, design of logotypes and product brands -creation of service regulations, product guarantees and other documents necessary for the introduction of the product to the new market — production of advertising and promotional materials (brochures and branding materials) -participation in international trade fairs, i.e.; purchase of transport services for exhibits; business trips of people participating in the fair — diets/nights/flights, reservation of exhibition space, advertising in the trade fair media, etc. participation in international economic missions, i.e.: business trips of people participating in the fair — diets/nights/flights The above activities are necessary for the implementation of 3pSoft’s MBI.
