The main objective is to increase professional competence in at least 80 % of 40 students (8K) from classes II-III of Technikum No. 1 from the School Complex No. 1 in Lisków (hereinafter: ZS) increasing their chances on the labour market, including the implementation of 6 internships, additional 11 training courses and courses, teaching and compensatory classes, improving the quality of vocational training in the ZS as a result of equipping 2 professional workshops: the equipment necessary for vocational training and the improvement of professional competences/qualifications 8 (3K, 5M) of teachers of training included. ZS through, among others, training/courses in okr. 01.06.2022-30.06.2023Group from the voivodeship wlkp -40 pupils/students (8K) from the ZS and up to 8 n-li of education in the area(3K). Students will be included in the following classes: feeding techniques and catering services, i.e. motor vehicles, i.e. the mechanisation of agriculture and agrotronics, i.e. finishing works in construction.The main objective of the project will contribute to the specific objective of sub-measure 8.3.1 of the WRPO Improving the employability of pupils and vocational education institutions, in particular by improving their professional qualifications, in particular through:-implementation of pupils’ traineeships — 6 UCZ ZS will carry out traineeships at work in 150 hours/UCZ, in particular by raising their pupils’ skills — 40 UCZ will participate in courses/training in training courses/training, the participation of skills required by the skills required in the labour market, and training courses for pupils will be provided with the necessary skills and training skills. Support for teachers is aimed at increasing their competence and qualifications. The project will contribute to building a lasting relationship between the school and local businesses.
