Vocational Training Centre in Tarnów Podgórne — an increase in the quality of vocational training

The aim of the project is to improve the employability of students of the Technikum and the School I Degree in the ZST in Tarnów Podgórne in the province of Poland and to improve the quality of vocational training provided by the Technical School Complex in Tarnów Podgórne (voivodeship wlkp) through the creation of a Vocational Training Centre entering the structure of the ZST in Tarnów Podgórne and the equipment of professional studios, which will be used in the functioning of the CCZ, the implementation of high-quality courses and training and vocational guidance for 25 students. (1K,24 M) and 4 n-li (1K), internships for 3 students in modern enterprises employing specialists in the field of robotics and mechatronics, as well as the implementation of high-quality courses and training for vocational education teachers in the period from 01.06.2022 to 30.06.2023.The implementation of the support is carried out on the basis of individually diagnosed needs of schools and people covered by support. 24M)4 n-li (1K, 3M)Activities:- creation of the Vocational Training Centre in Tarnów Podgórne, including the purchase of the necessary equipment for the implementation and dissemination of new technologies- courses and trainings increasing the competences/qualifications of pupils and teachers- vocational training- vocational counselling for pupilsActions in the project will be carried out in cooperation by the ZST in Tarnów Podgórne with entities from the socio-economic environment on the territory of the voivodeship, in particular, from Poznań, which will allow for the adaptation of the qualifications and competences of students to the requirements of employers on the labour market.The project will be implemented in accordance with the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving ESF funds in the area of education for the years 2014-2020.
